Telling the store of two brothers, Sam and Dean, whose mother was brutally murdered under very strange circumstances, leaving their father to see that another world exists when the sun goes down and raise his sons in the art of hunting. Having been raised like hunters and nomads for most of their lives, Sam decides to leave behind that part of him and attend a cross-state college and living the life he always wanted. However, things go awry when Dean shows up on his doorstep after two years of silence, asking for his help in finding their father, who has recently gone missing. Leaving his girlfriend behind, the brothers begin a journey to not only look for their father, but the demon that killed their mother, and who would later kill Sam's girlfriend.

A year passes them by and Sam and Dean find themselves standing overtop the flames of their father's corpse, learning that not only he is dead, but that a legendary gun has gone missing. They once again begin their hunt for the demon and not only begin to discover more to Sam's horrifying powers, but that there are others like him with powers even more frightening than his.

Starring Jared Padalacki, Jensen Ackles and guest starring many others, this horror story has only just begun.
